Peace N. Nwachukwu is a distinguished Fertility Nurse with over 12 years of experience as an IVF Nurse Manager. With a strong background in various healthcare sectors, she has expertise in school health, guidance and counseling, health education, lecturing, and nursing administration.

She holds a B.Sc. in Nursing from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Fertility Nursing Education (2020). She is licensed with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Public Health Nurse (RPHN).

As a member of professional organizations such as the Fertility Nurses Association of Nigeria (FNAN), Association for Fertility and Reproductive Health (AFRH), and the Medical and Fertility Society (MEFS), she has established herself as a leader in her field.

In 2017, she founded Elegant Diamond Medical and Surrogacy Services, where she has successfully facilitated over 70 gestational surrogacies, prioritizing seamless arrangements and empowering surrogate mothers. 

She is a sought-after speaker on surrogacy ethics and practices.
