Evolution of protocols for managing hyper and normo responders
Dr. Oluyemisi Gbemisola Adeyemi-Bero graduated as a medical doctor from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos in 1988. She pursued postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University College Hospital, London, and Newcastle General Hospital, UK, before completing a Family Medicine residency at Baylor College of Medicine, USA. She is board-certified in Family Medicine. She began her career as a Fertility Specialist at The Bridge Clinic, Lagos, where she worked for two and a half years, before joining her brother-in-law, Dr. Adewunmi Adeyemi-Bero, in running The Roding Reproductive Centre. Her clinical interests include Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and strategies to rejuvenate ovarian function in women with diminished ovarian reserve, whether due to age or premature ovarian failure. Her professional journey is shaped by personal experience, having faced infertility before being blessed with two children. This allows her to support patients with empathy, guiding them through the emotional and medical complexities of fertility treatment with unique understanding and compassion. Deeply passionate about Assisted Reproductive Therapy (ART), Dr. Adeyemi-Bero is committed to providing personalized care and helping patients achieve parenthood. She is a member of both the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology.
