Professor Chinedu Ekwempu is a Professor of Infertility and Endocrinology at the University of Jos and an Honorary Consultant at the Jos University Teaching Hospital. With over 20 years of experience in reproductive medicine, he has built a career dedicated to advancing patient care, medical education, and reproductive health services in Nigeria. He is an examiner for the West African College of Surgeons, where he helps shape and assess the next generation of specialists. In addition, he serves as Medical Director of Kauna Specialist Hospital, Jos, where he combines clinical expertise with leadership to deliver quality healthcare. Professor Ekwempu has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and authored several books in infertility, endocrinology, and reproductive health. His work has contributed both to medical literature and to practical solutions for challenges in reproductive medicine. Through his roles in academia, clinical practice, and mentorship, he continues to make a lasting impact on reproductive health, women’s health, and medical training in West Africa and beyond.
